We invite you to join us as a sponsor of the Rhythm and Soles 5K walk/run event. Your sponsorship will support Healing Start Today in providing FREE support groups serving Milwaukee County and surrounding areas. Rhythm and Soles ® is a division of Healing Starts Today providing  

HST was founded in 2016 and includes a professional staff and clinical team of Certified Peer Support Providers, Substance Abuse Counselors and Mental Health Professionals all with lived experience as group facilitators. Healing Starts Today also provides customized education and training for other providers, advocates, educators, and a host of other professionals providing direct services.

Our one on one counseling and in-person groups are effective, safe, accessible, and available every week. Your participation and support in Rhythm and Soles 5K walk run event will support Healing Starts Today in continuing to offer free supportive services for underserved populations and to empowering children, teens, and adults in identifying unsafe situations, healthy relationships, substance challenges and to build resilience while healing from past traumas.

Psychotherapy, AODA, Art, Music, Exercise, Yoga and Setting Personal Goals are included in groups.

Training for other community advocates such as: Police Officers, EMT, Healthcare Professionals, Truck Drivers and Educators, along with a host of other professionals providing direct services.
